Every year, Dr Lee gives a talk to the children at school. What is he talking about?
- What do you do every day?
- I eat cereal for breakfast every morning.
- I always play football in the morning.
- That´s perfect! A healthy child practises sports and doesn´t sit in front of the computer for hours. Look!
- What does a healthy child do every day?
ü Sleeps eight hours.

ü Has a good breakfast
ü Walks or rides a bike to school
ü Eats fruit and vegetables
ü Goes to the club after school
ü Goes to the park.
- I usually play computer games after school. Is that OK?
- Computer games are fine. But be careful! Play computer games but also play with your friends in the park as well.
- Remember a healthy child doesn´t watch TV for hours or doesn´t go to bed late at night.
Dr Lee is very happy today. The children are learning a lot!
But the children are very tired, too….
- Excuse me, Dr Lee. Can a healthy child have a break?

- Of course! Breaktime….
- Breaktime… Hoorray!
The children love Dr Lee but they love breaktime, too.

do my homework and play with my dog. At seven my mum comes home from work. We
have dinner and watch TV. Sometimes I play computer games. I go to bed at half
past ten.
